Description & History- This is a very beautiful and special original Japanese woodblock print “Bijin at Cherry Blossom” signed by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Miyata Masayuki (1926 -1997) made in 1990s IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. This is an original woodblock print about 20 years old. This woodblock print is from Dr. BenHo family seven-decade Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Arts collections.

Print Condition- The artist’s chop mark is close to the middle right edge, the title of this print “Bijin at Cherry Blossom” is in the upper right border, the artist signature and another chop mark are in the lower right border while the publisher’s chop mark, carver and printer’s chop marks are in the lower left border. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the original Japanese Washi paper. This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese Mulberry paper. Four borders are intact. This original woodblock print is IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Shipping- Shipping is $12 anywhere in US by USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking.
