This is a very beautiful and special ORIGINAL Japanese woodblock print “Bloody Scene, number 1045” from the Series “Tokyo News” signed by the famous Meiji woodblock print mater Yoshiiku (1833-1904) made in Meiji Era IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. This is an original woodblock more than 120 years old. This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of Asian art and Japanese woodblock print collections in my family. We are gradually selling them. The print size is 13 3/4 x 9 inches. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers. The artist’s signature and his chop mark, the publisher’s name and chop mark, one special censor seal and two other publisher’s marks are at the lower left corner of this woodblock print. This woodblock print is attached to an original Japanese Washi paper with a lot of Kanji on it . This ORIGINAL woodblock is IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
