Extra Large Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Pencil-Signed Limit# K Katase Late Autumn High Land Kosuji

This is an EXTRA LARGE very beautiful, special and LIMITED-NUMBER (1/45) original Japanese woodblock print “Late Autumn High Land Kosuji” Pencil-Signed by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master K Katase made in 1977.  This is an original woodblock print about 43 years old.  This woodblock print is from my family seven-decade Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Art collection. The size of this ORIGINAL woodblock print is 18 x 13 1/2 inches, which is LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints. The artist’s Pencil Signature “K Katase”, the title of this print “Late Autumn High Land Kosuji”,  LIMITED-NUMBER (1/45) and date this print was made (1977) are in the bottom border. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the original Japanese Washi paper.  This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese Mulberry paper.  Four borders are intact.  Except for a couple of paper wrinkles in the bottom border, which I think have been there since the print was first made, this original woodblock print is in excellent condition.  Shipping is $16 dollars anywhere in US via USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking.  International shipping charges are US$25 through airmail WITHOUT insurance, buyers will have to assume all the risks during the mailing.  We do combined shipping.   If more than one item is purchased at the same time, the highest shipping cost will be charged.
