The print size is 14 x 9 ¾ inches.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  The artist’s signature, his chop mark and the title of the print “the High Lantern at Sumiyoshi” are at the lower right corner of the print.  The number# 9 is in the lower right border. Four borders are intact.  This ORIGINAL woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard.  Color bleeding can be seen through the back of original Japanese Washi paper.
