LARGE Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Nakajima Kiyoshi PENCIL contemplation of Wind Connection Bijin

This is an EXTRA LARGE very beautiful and rare original Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print masterpiece “contemplation of Wind” from the series “Wind Connection” PENCIL SIGNED by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock master Nakajima Kiyoshi (1943-) published by KYOTO HANGA PRINTMAKER in1980s.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of gorgeous, different-styled Japanese woodblock print collections in my family, which we are gradually selling. The gorgeous Nakajima Kiyoshi’s Bijin-ga is very rare and has been appreciated by many woodblock collectors in Japan. His works have sold for over a thousand dollars in the galleries in Japan. This woodblock print is one of his masterpieces in his limited work left today. The information of Nakajima Kiyoshi and price of his woodblock prints can be found on the Internet. The print size is 19 x 14 1/2 inches, which is LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  All four borders are intact.  The artist’s Japanese signature and his chop mark are at the lower left corner of the print while Nakajima Kiyoshi’s PENCIL SIGNATURE is in the bottom border.  The title of this print “contemplation of Wind” is in the upper right border of the print while the publisher’s chop mark of “Kyoto Hanga Printmaker” and printer and carver’s chop marks are in the lower left border.  This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese mulberry Washi paper.   Except for some minor foxing in the background of the print, this original woodblock print is good condition.  Please examine the photos.
