A Huge Original Japanese Woodblock Print Pencil-Signed Limited-Number Kitaoka Fumio Georgetown Canal 1984

This is a HUGE very beautiful, special and LIMITED-NUMBER (artist proof) original Japanese woodblock print “Georgetown Canal” Pencil-Signed by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Kitaoka Fumio (1918-) made in 1984 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This is an original woodblock print about 40 years old.  This woodblock print is from my family seven-decade Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Arts collections. The size of this original woodblock print is 19 1/4 x 15 3/4 inches. The artist’s Pencil-written signature, LIMITED-NUMBER (artist  proof), title of the print "Georgetown Canal" and date this print was made (1984) are in the bottom border. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the original Japanese Washi paper.  This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese Mulberry paper.  Four borders are intact.  This original woodblock print is IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
