This ORIGINAL woodblock print triptych is one of the core collections of a large number of Asian arts and Japanese woodblock print collections in my family and we are gradually selling them. This is an ORIGINAL woodblock print about 30 years old. The three panels of this woodblock print triptych are separate. The size of each panel of this woodblock print triptych is 21 1/2 x 12 inches, which is MUCH LARGER than the traditional Japanese Shin-Hanga woodblock prints. This woodblock print uses “Pine, Bamboo, and Plum” to represent the righteous man, who does not change during the harsh times like a pine, who is always straightforward and honest like the hollow core of bamboo, and always prospers and blossoms even in severe weather like a Plum. Toshi Yoshida, a son of Hiroshi Yoshida, is one of the most famous Shin-Hanga woodblock artists. His work can be found in various Japanese woodblock print books.
