A HUGE Orig Japanese Woodblock Print PENCIL Sign Limit# Hashimoto Okiie Beauty under Moon 1975

This is a HUGE very beautiful, rare and LIMITED NUMBER (40/80) ORIGINAL Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print “Beauty under Moon” from the rare series “Among Flowers” PENCIL SIGNED by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock master Hashimoto Okiie (1899-1993) made in 1975 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This is an ORIGINAL woodblock print about 50 years old.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of gorgeous, different-styled Japanese woodblock print collections in my family, which we are gradually selling.  The information of Hashimoto Okiie and the price of his woodblock prints can be found on the Internet.  The print size is 21 1/2 x 26 1/4 inches, which is MUCH LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  All four borders are intact.  The artist’s chop mark is at the upper right corner of the print while his PENCIL SIGNATURE, publication date “’1975”, title of the print “Beauty under Moon”, series name “Among Flowers” and the Limited Number “40/80” written in PENCIL are in the bottom border of this ORIGINAL woodblock print.
