A Great Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Ukiyoe Floating World Yoshitsuya Edo Fifty-four Scene of Samurai Ground Battle, Number 24

This is a great very beautiful, colorful, and special ORIGINAL Japanese woodblock print “Samurai Battle, Number 5“from the famous series “Edo Fifty-four Scene of Samurai Ground Battle” signed by the Edo woodblock prints master Yoshitsuya (1822-1866), made in Edo Era.  This original woodblock print is about 180 years old.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of Asian art and Japanese woodblock print collections in my family.  We are gradually selling them.  The size of this ORIGINAL woodblock print Ukiyoe is 9 1/2 x 14 inches.  The artist’s chop mark is at the lower left corner of the print while a special censor seal is in the lower right border.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the print.  This ORIGINAL woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese Washi paper.  Except for a tiny long worm holes at the lower right edge due to the print’s age as you can see, this original woodblock print Ukiyoe is in good condition.  Please examine the photos.  It is hard to find such a colorful and special original Japanese woodblock Ukiyoe print signed by the Edo woodblock print master Yoshitsuya in the public nowadays and it is definitely an incredible piece for collecting.  Shipping is $16 dollars anywhere in US via USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking.  International shipping charges are US$25 through airmail WITHOUT insurance, buyers will have to assume all the risks during the mailing.  We do combined shipping.  If more than one item is purchased at the same time, the highest shipping cost will be charged.  THIS IS AN ORIGINAL JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINT UKIYOE SAMURAI BATTLE NUMBER 24 SIGNED BY EDO WOODBLOCK PRINT MASTER YOSHITSUYA MADE IN EDO ERA.  IT IS NOT A RE-CUT, REPRODUCTION, OR LITHO PRINT.
