Description & History- You are bidding on an EXTRA LARGE very beautiful and special LIMITED-NUMBER (4/100) original Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print “Gio Shirakawa Bridge” PENCIL SIGNED by the famous Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print Master Inatsugi Junzo (1920 -) made in Showa Era IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. This is an original woodblock print about 50 years old. This woodblock print is from Dr. BenHo family seven-decade Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Arts collections.

Print Condition- The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers. Four borders are intact. This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original mulberry paper. The artist’s PENCIL SIGNED SIGNATURE “J. Inatsugi”, and his chop mark, PENCIL WRITTEN title of this woodblock print “Gio Shirakawa Bridge”, and the LIMITED-NUMBER “4/100”, are in the bottom border. This original woodblock print is IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
