A Great HUGE Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Pencil Sign Limited# Masao Ido Cherry Blossom Spring

This is a HUGE very beautiful, special and LIMITED-NUMBER (55/250) original Japanese woodblock print “Cherry Blossom Spring” from his famous "Romantic Kyoto" series Pencil-Signed by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Masado Ido (1945-2016) made in 1996. This is an original woodblock print about 30 years old. This woodblock print is from my family seven-decade Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Arts collections. To see more on my family Japanese woodblock, print collections, please search for shinhangagallery.com.  The size of this print is 20 1/4 x 10 3/4 inches, which is MUCH LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints. The artist’s chop mark is at the lower right corner of the print while the artist's Pencil signature, LIMITED-NUMBER (55/250), the publication date 1996 and title of this ORIGINAL woodblock print “Cherry Blossom Spring” are in the bottom border. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the original Japanese Washi paper. This ORIGINAL woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese Mulberry paper.  Four borders are intact.  Except for some minor foxing in the borders, which do not affect the images, this original woodblock print is in good condition.  Shipping is $16 dollars anywhere in US via USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking.  International shipping charges are US$25 through airmail WITHOUT insurance, buyers will have to assume all the risks during the mailing.
