A Great Huge Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Ishikawa Toraji Nude Study Original Water Mark

This is Huge, very beautiful and special original Japanese woodblock print “Nude Study” from the series “Ten Types of Female Nude” signed by the Famous Taisho/Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print artist Ishikawa Toraji (1875 ~1964) made in 1934 with ORIGINAL Artist’s WATER MARK IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This is an original woodblock print more than 80 years old.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of gorgeous, different-styled Japanese woodblock print collections in my family. We are gradually selling them.  To see more on my family Japanese woodblock print and Asian art collection, please search for shinhangagallery.com.  The size of this woodblock print is 19 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches, which is MUCH LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers on the original Japanese Washi paper.  The artist’s signature and his chop mark are at the upper left corner of the print while the title of this print “Study” is in the upper left border and the craver and printer’s chop marks are in the lower left border of the print. The ORIGINAL artist’s WATER MARK is in the cushion at the lower right corner of the print. This ORIGINAL woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese mulberry paper.  All four borders are intact. This ORIGINAL woodblock print is IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  It is hard to find such a beautiful and rare ORIGINAL woodblock print signed by the Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print master Ishikawa Toraji made in 1930s for sale in the public nowadays.
