This is a very beautiful, and special LIMITED-NUMBER (7/20) ORIGINAL Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print “Festival Music” PENCIL SIGNED by the famous Japanese contemporary Shin Hanga woodblock print Master Kurosaki Akira (1937 - ) made in 1984 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This is an ORIGINAL woodblock print about 40 years old.  This woodblock print is from my family seven-decade old collection of Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Art.  To see more on my family Japanese woodblock print and Asian art collection, please search for shinhangagallery.com.  Akira Kurosaki graduated from Kyoto College of Crafts and Textiles. He has exhibited widely in and outside Japan, among others at the renowned print biennales in Maastricht, Tokyo, Krakow, Ljubljana, Paris and Norway. The artist covers a wide spectrum of styles and techniques including abstract images. Works by the artist are in international museums like The British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Modern Art (momma) in New York and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo. The size of this woodblock print is 16x 16 3/4 inches. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  Four borders are intact.  This woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese mulberry paper.
