A Huge Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Ito Shinsui Bijin-ga Chrysanthemum arrangement 1970s

This is a HUGE very beautiful, and special original Japanese woodblock print “Chrysanthemum arrangement” signed by the famous Taisho/Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Shinsui Ito (1898-1974) made in 1970s.  This is an original woodblock print about 50 years old.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of gorgeous, different-styled Japanese woodblock print and Asian art collections in my family, which we are gradually selling. Ito Shinsui belongs to the great masters of the Shin Hanga movement.  In 1952 the Japanese government declared his artwork an intangible national treasure, the highest public award a Japanese artist could achieve. The print size is 16 1/2 x 22 inches, which is much LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  All four borders are intact.  The artist’s signature, his chop and title of this ORIGINAL woodblock print are at the lower right corner of the print.  This original woodblock print is not attached to any backing paper or cardboard and strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of the original Japanese mulberry paper. There is a tear repair at the lower left edge of the print.  Otherwise, this original woodblock print is in good condition.   Please examine the photos. It is hard to find such a beautiful original Japanese woodblock print signed by the famous Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Ito Shinsui in the public nowadays.  This woodblock print is definitely an incredible piece for collecting.  Any credit card, visa, master card, bank and post office money order, cashier check and personal check are accepted.  Personal checks will take about ten days to clear.
